Dan is deze uitdagende rol in de regio Rotterdam iets voor jou! Je krijgt de kans om het kwaliteitsbeleid te ontwikkelen en te implementeren, een team aan te sturen en een cruciale bijdrage te leveren aan projecten van onze opdrachtgever. Werkzaamheden - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert het kwaliteitsbeleid en de bijbehorende procedures. - Je geeft leiding aan het QC-team en coördineert hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Je ziet toe op de strikte naleving van specificaties, normen en klanteisen. - Je voert zowel interne als externe audits uit om de kwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je analyseert kwaliteitsdata en initieert proactief verbeteracties. - Je stelt nauwkeurige kwaliteitsrapportages en documentatie op. - Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle kwaliteitsgerelateerde vraagstukken. Functie-eisen - Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de staalbouw of zware industrie. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, specifiek ISO 9001. - Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt gedegen kennis van relevante normen en standaarden binnen de staalbouw en industrie. - Je beschikt over sterke leidinggevende en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je hebt een uitstekend analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel in woord als geschrift. - Je bent in het bezit van een VCA VOL certificaat. - Je hebt een interne auditor certificering (ISO 9001). Pré - Ervaring met NDO-technieken (Niet-Destructief Onderzoek). - Kennis van lasprocessen en -kwalificaties. - Ervaring met projectmatig werken. - Kwaliteitscertificaten, zoals IWT/IWE.
