Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de chemische sector in regio Gent zoeken we een Quality Assistant die zich wil inzetten voor topkwaliteit binnen een innovatieve werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Werkorders opvolgen en prioriteiten bepalen op basis van de productieplanning, dagrapporten en beschikbare staal- en bufferlijsten.
  • Stalen ophalen in de verschillende productieafdelingen.
  • Offline kwaliteitsmetingen uitvoeren volgens de geldende controlevoorschriften.
  • Meetresultaten analyseren en beoordelen of producten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde specificaties.
  • Extra controles uitvoeren wanneer resultaten afwijken of wanneer bijkomende verificatie nodig is.
  • Resultaten correct registreren en kwaliteitscertificaten opmaken.
  • Tussen- en eindproducten vrijgeven wanneer deze aan de vereiste kwaliteit voldoen.
  • Materialen blokkeren wanneer niet-conforme meetresultaten worden vastgesteld.
  • Resultaten duidelijk en tijdig communiceren naar collega's en betrokken afdelingen.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij kwaliteitsonderzoeken, interne opmerkingen en klachtendossiers.
  • Mee instaan voor orde, netheid en veiligheid in het labo en de werkomgeving.
  • Constructief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen onze processen.

Je bent iemand die graag nauwkeurig werkt en oog heeft voor detail.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en durft initiatief te nemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

  • Heb je bij voorkeur een diploma op A2-niveau of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

  • Kan je zelfstandig en planmatig werken en tegelijkertijd goed samenwerken met collega's.
  • Kan je vlot overweg met een computer en heb je kennis van MS Office.
  • Werk je administratief nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig.
  • Ben je stressbestendig en flexibel.
  • Communiceer je duidelijk en durf je afwijkingen bespreekbaar te maken.
  • Heb je een praktische ingesteldheid en werk je graag met verschillende meettoestellen.
