The posting

Voor een toonaangevend en sterk groeiend productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in ontbijtgranen zoeken wij een Laborant / Kwaliteitscontroleur.

Dit moderne voedingsbedrijf werkt voornamelijk voor private label-retailers en industriële partners en combineert internationale ambitie met een mensgerichte en no-nonsense aanpak. Kwaliteit, betrokkenheid en ondernemerschap staan centraal.

Jouw rol

Als Laborant / Kwaliteitscontroleur ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en garanderen van de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen het volledige productieproces.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Uitvoeren van ingangscontroles en staalnames van grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten.
  • Controleren van producten tijdens productie en verpakking (o.a. volume, kleur, verpakking, metaaldetectie, X-ray, enz.).
  • Opvolgen van nieuwe productieruns en ondersteunen van productiemedewerkers bij kwaliteitsgerelateerde vragen.
  • Toezicht houden op CCP’s en naleving van hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften binnen alle afdelingen, en indien nodig corrigerende acties nemen.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die zich herkent in volgende eigenschappen: ambitieus, betrokken, gedreven, authentiek en teamgericht.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bacheloropleiding in een relevante richting (voeding, chemie, labo, …).
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of voedingsomgeving (pluspunt).
  • Het vermogen om afwijkingen of problemen op een constructieve en oplossingsgerichte manier aan te pakken.
  • Een sterke interesse in voeding en een kritische, nauwkeurige ingesteldheid.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in de vaste nacht binnen een productieomgeving.

Motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en inzet zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk als ervaring.
