QC-Medewerker Vleesbedrijf - Regio Koekelare

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Wil jij bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van onze klant hun producten?

We zoeken een QC-Medewerker die ons Quality, Innovation & Development Team (QID-team) komt versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitscontroles en -inspecties, en zorg je ervoor dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van kalibraties en staalnames (getuigestalen/labo/swabs).
  • Opvolgen van productiedocumenten en invullen van checklists/interne audits.
  • Bewaken van productieparameters op basis van procesfiche.
  • Uitvoeren van steekproefsgewijze ingangscontrole en tracering.
  • Controle van frigo- en temperatuurinstellingen.
  • Toezien op naleving van hygiënische eisen en persoonlijke hygiëne.
  • Deelnemen aan DC meetings en ondersteunen bij klachtenbehandeling.
  • Beperkt opleiden van personeel en opstellen van technische fiches voor eindproducten.

PROFIEL

  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een plus.
  • Bachelor in voedings- en dieetkunde, voedingsmiddelentechnologie of vergelijkbaar.
  • Bereidheid om in een flexibel uurrooster te werken.
  • Gemotiveerd, assertief, en in staat om zelfstandig en nauwkeurig te werken.
  • Stressbestendig en vaardig met het MS Office-pakket.
