Als QC specialist lasprocessen zorg je dat iedere las voldoet aan de hoogste eisen. Je combineert jouw kennis van lastechniek met procesverbetering en krijgt volop ruimte om echt impact te maken. Jij ziet een las niet als zomaar een verbinding. Jij ziet kwaliteit, techniek en vakmanschap. Wat ga je doen?Een sterke staalconstructie begint bij een perfect beheerst lasproces. Als QC specialist lasprocessen kom jij daar in beeld. Vanuit de productielocatie bewaak, verbeter en borg je de kwaliteit van zowel handmatige als gerobotiseerde lasprocessen. Je bent de technische specialist binnen het QC-team als het gaat om lassen en kwaliteitsborging. Je duikt de productie in, spreekt met vakmensen en weet precies waar kansen liggen om processen slimmer, beter en efficiënter te maken. Je werkt nauw samen met het team staalbewerking en rapporteert aan het Hoofd QC. Een deel van je werkzaamheden vindt plaats op de bouwplaats, waardoor je ook daar ziet wat jouw kwaliteitswerk oplevert. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bewaken, controleren en continu verbeteren van de laskwaliteit; - Coördineren en optimaliseren van handmatige en gerobotiseerde lasprocessen; - Borgen van lasprocedures, kwaliteitsnormen en certificeringen; - Beoordelen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen; - Adviseren van collega’s bij technische vraagstukken rondom lastechniek; - Aansturen en optimaliseren van lasrobottoepassingen; - Controleren of robotlassen aantoonbaar aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen voldoen; - Toezien op de naleving van normen zoals ISO 5817, ISO 6520-1, EN 1090 en ISO 3834; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en vertalen van bevindingen naar concrete verbeteringen; - Adviseren van het management over de kwaliteit van staalconstructies. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een mbo-opleiding in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde, metaaltechniek, lastechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting past goed bij deze functie. - Een certificering als IWS, IWT of vergelijkbaar is een mooie pré. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervar.
