Met behulp van professionele spuitapparatuur breng je coatings aan op verschillende ondergronden en beoordeel je het eindresultaat op eigenschappen zoals dekking, kleur, glans en afwerking. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze producten en ondersteunt productie en kwaliteitsafdeling met jouw technische expertise. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden - Voorbereiden van panelen en ondergronden voor coatingapplicaties. - Aanbrengen van verf- en coatingsystemen met verschillende spuittechnieken. - Uitspuiten van product- en kwaliteitsmonsters volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen. - Inspecteren en beoordelen van gespoten panelen op kwaliteit, kleur, glans, laagdikte en afwerking. - Registreren van resultaten en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Onderhouden, schoonmaken en kalibreren van spuit- en meetapparatuur. - Samenwerken met productie, QC en technische teams om een constante productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen ...
