Ben jij sterk in people management en heb je een passie voor kwaliteit binnen een productieomgeving? Als QC Teamlead regio Ieper combineer je labo-expertise met het coachen en structureren van een team binnen een internationale voedingsomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse laboactiviteiten vlot verlopen, bewaart het overzicht en neemt initiatief om processen verder te optimaliseren. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met productie, QA en andere interne stakeholders om kwaliteit en efficiëntie naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Ontdek snel alle details hieronder!

Wat ga je doen als QC Teamlead regio Ieper?

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werking binnen het kwaliteitscontrolelabo
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team laboranten
  • Opstellen van de laboplanning rekening houdend met prioriteiten en bezetting
  • Analyseren en interpreteren van laboresultaten en ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsissues
  • Optimaliseren van labo-processen, werkmethodes en rapportering
  • Meewerken aan audits, kwaliteitsverbeteringen en verdere professionalisering van het labo

  • Bachelor in een wetenschappelijke richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen een labo- of kwaliteitsomgeving in de voedingsindustrie
  • Sterke people skills en ervaring in het aansturen of coachen van een team
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in structuur en organisatie
  • Vlot in communicatie met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid met focus op continue verbetering
