JOUW ROL Als QHSE / Quality Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en registreren van QHSE (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) activiteiten binnen de campus, het uitvoeren en bewaken van het veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbeleid en het signaleren van afwijkingen. Je registreert en lost operationele issues op met betrekking tot de vier QHSE disciplines, waarbij de focus op quality zal liggen. Je bent in staat hieruit patronen en trends af te leiden en hier een analyse op uit te voeren, je adviseert over te nemen maatregelen en je bent in staat om in projectverband het voortouw te nemen en mensen van verschillende afdelingen mee te nemen in de oplossingsrichting. Het implementeren en borgen van preventieve maatregelen zal een van je hoofdtaken zijn. WAT GA JE DOEN ? Als QHSE Coordinator ga je het volgende doen: - Uitvoeren en opvolgen van het centrale QHSE beleid; - Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en bewaken van het kwaliteits management systeem (QMS); - Opzetten en uitvoeren van risico analyses en een plan van aanpak a.d.h.v. de uitkomsten (FMEA en RI&E); - Beheren en onderhouden van documenten (procedures en werkinstructies) conform geldende kwaliteitstandaarden (DMS); - Plannen, uitvoeren en coördineren van interne audits. Tevens ben je het primaire aanspreekpunt en de host bij externe audits door certificeringsinstanties, klanten en bevoegde autoriteiten. - Zorgen voor de benodigde certificeringen op het gebied van (healthcare) kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen (o.a.
