Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als QESH Coordinator speel je een cruciale rol in de verdere uitbouw en opvolging van het kwaliteits-, preventie- en milieubeleid binnen de organisatie. Je combineert een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met een brede verantwoordelijkheid rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en welzijn.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Optreden als interne preventieadviseur niveau 2 en adviseren rond welzijn, veiligheid en gezondheid op de werkvloer.
  • Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van QESH-processen en -programma’s.
  • Klachten, incidenten, arbeidsongevallen en onveilige situaties onderzoeken en concrete verbeteracties formuleren.
  • Medewerkers bewust maken van het belang van QESH door aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer, opleidingen te organiseren en overlegmomenten bij te wonen.
  • Instaan voor de correcte implementatie en opvolging van BRC, een belangrijke kwaliteitsstandaard voor klanten binnen onder andere de voedingssector.
  • Verantwoordelijken en medewerkers informeren en opleiden rond het QESH-beleid.
  • Rechtstreeks communiceren met klanten over kwaliteitsdocumentatie en vragenlijsten.
  • De nodige keuringen coördineren in samenwerking met de technische dienst.
  • De benodigde informatie verzamelen voor jaarlijkse milieu-aangiftes en samenwerken met externe partners.
  • Nieuwe wetgeving en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector opvolgen en vertalen naar het intern beleid.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe diensten en optreden als secretaris van het CPBW.
  • Eerste ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige QESH-functie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • In het bezit van een getuigschrift Preventieadviseur niveau 2 en bereid om de jaarlijkse bijscholing te volgen.
  • Sterke affiniteit met techniek en productieprocessen.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om medewerkers op een positieve manier te motiveren en sensibiliseren.
  • Georganiseerde en proactieve aanpak, met het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Problemen tijdig signaleren en zelfstandig naar praktische oplossingen zoeken.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Engels en Frans.
