Je stuurt een klein QESH-team aan, maakt deel uit van het managementteam en verdient €5.500 tot €7.250 bruto per maand. Dit ga je doen Als QESH Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbeleid binnen een productieorganisatie in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Je combineert strategie met de dagelijkse praktijk. Je bent zichtbaar op de productievloer, ondersteunt leidinggevenden, begeleidt audits en zorgt dat wetgeving, normen en interne afspraken daadwerkelijk worden nageleefd. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan een klein team van kwaliteitsprofessionals en adviseer je het management over risico's, prestaties en verbeteringen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van het QESH-team; - Borgen en verbeteren van voedselveiligheids- en kwaliteitssystemen; - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne, externe en certificeringsaudits; - Onderzoeken van klachten, afwijkingen en kwaliteitsresultaten; - Opstellen en bewaken van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen; - Versterken van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie; - Rapporteren en adviseren richting management over risico's en verbeterplannen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om processen kritisch te bekijken en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk door te voeren.
