Ben jij een ervaren QESH-professional met een passie voor kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, compliance en continue verbetering? Wil je een strategische sleutelrol opnemen binnen een internationale speler in de voedingssector, waar je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de CEO?

Dan is deze functie als QESH Manager te regio Harelbeke iets voor jou!

Als QESH Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het beleid rond kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, milieu, veiligheid en duurzaamheid. Je bewaakt de naleving van alle wetgeving en kwaliteitsnormen en bouwt samen met jouw team verder aan een sterke kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidscultuur.

Je stuurt een team van QESH Officers en kwaliteitsmedewerkers aan en werkt nauw samen met productie, supply chain, aankoop, sales en directie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Beheren en verbeteren van HACCP-, VACCP- en TACCP-systemen en waken over voedselveiligheid en compliance;
  • Coördineren van kwaliteitsprocessen, certificeringen (o.a. IFS, BRC, BIO, RSPO) en interne/externe audits;
  • Opvolgen van wetgeving, klachten, non-conformiteiten, leveranciersaudits en risicoanalyses;
  • Optimaliseren en digitaliseren van kwaliteitsprocessen en rapporteren van KPI's en verbeteracties aan de CEO;
  • Aansturen en coachen van het QESH-team en mee bouwen aan een sterke kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en duurzaamheidscultuur;
  • Coördineren van preventie-, veiligheids- en duurzaamheidsprojecten en samenwerken met alle afdelingen.
  • Masterdiploma in Voedingstechnologie, Bio-ingenieur, Biochemie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen QESH, Quality of Food Safety in een voedingsomgeving;
  • Grondige kennis van:HACCP, BRC, IFS;
  • Voedselveiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen;
  • Ervaring met audits en certificeringen;
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van een team;
  • Analytisch, besluitvaardig en sterk organisatorisch;
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en verbindende leiderschapsstijl;
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
