In de functie van QESH Verantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen en bewaken van het kwaliteits-, milieu-, veiligheids- en gezondheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en draagt actief bij aan zowel de dagelijkse werking als de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je staat in voor het uitbouwen en bewaken van het QESH-beleid en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu breed gedragen worden binnen de organisatie.
  • Je coördineert het preventiebeleid, werkt samen met de verschillende managers aan het preventieactieplan en volgt de uitvoering van de preventiemaatregelen op.
  • Je voert veiligheids- en kwaliteitscontroles uit, detecteert risico's en afwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je waakt over de naleving van wettelijke vereisten, volgt wijzigingen in de regelgeving op en coördineert de rapportering en opvolging van incidenten en arbeidsongevallen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt je het attest preventie niveau 2 (1 is een grote plus).
  • Je hebt ervaring met het coördineren van QESH-processen en voelt je thuis in een operationele omgeving.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren en veranderingen vlot begeleidt.
