Voor een innovatief en internationaal technologisch bedrijf in de regio Antwerpen, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren QESH Verantwoordelijke die de organisatie op verschillende sites mee naar een hoger niveau kan tillen. We zoeken iemand met een stevige ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving, die weet van aanpakken, structuur kan brengen en niet terugdeinst voor verantwoordelijkheid. Je hebt sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten, weet een team te motiveren en aan te sturen en voelt je comfortabel in een multisite omgeving waarin je regelmatig tussen verschillende locaties schakelt.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Aansturen en verder uitbouwen van het QESH-beleid binnen de organisatie en zorgen voor structuur, duidelijke processen en een uniforme aanpak.
  • Leiden en coachen van het QESH-team en zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen en sites.
  • Opvolgen van risicoanalyses, audits, wettelijke vereisten en verbetertrajecten en instaan voor de verdere implementatie van preventie- en verbetermaatregelen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor management, medewerkers, leveranciers en stakeholders en de QESH-werking over de verschillende sites heen opvolgen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of bent momenteel bezig met deze opleiding en hebt ruime ervaring binnen een industriële of technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten, weet een team te motiveren en aan te sturen en brengt structuur en overzicht binnen een organisatie.
  • Je bent een zelfstandige en pragmatische aanpakker die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, vlot communiceert met verschillende stakeholders en zaken effectief weet te realiseren.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en bent bereid je regelmatig te verplaatsen tussen verschillende sites.
