Ben jij een expert in veiligheid en wil je een job waarmee je écht impact kan maken? Bij dit bedrijf in Wilrijk, gespecialiseerd in slimme klimaatplafonds, zijn ze op zoek naar een QHSE Advisor (Preventieadviseur niveau 2).

Als QHSE Advisor ben je een belangrijke spil in de organisatie. Je combineert preventie, milieu, duurzaamheid en technisch beheer met een praktische hands-on aanpak.

Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid voor de productieomgeving en de werven bij de klant.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid en welzijn stevig verankerd zijn in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan duurzaamheidsprojecten en versterkt het milieubeleid. Zo bouw je de ecologische strategie van het bedrijf mee uit.
  • Je coördineert het technisch onderhoud van de gebouwen en stuurt onderhoudsmedewerkers aan, steeds met oog op veiligheid.
  • Je volgt risico’s, acties en verbeterpunten op en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Je sensibiliseert en motiveert medewerkers om samen te bouwen aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt mee aan audits en het onderhouden en verbeter van ISO-certificeringen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Je hebt enkele (minstens 3) jaren ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en/ of de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent bekend met ISO-certificering.
  • Heb je ook een diploma Milieucoördinator Niveau B? Dat is een mooie plus.
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator en weet collega’s op een positieve manier mee te krijgen in het veiligheids- en duurzaamheidsverhaal.
