QHSE Coördinator - Euser - Barendrecht - Fulltime Bij Euser staan veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal. Als QHSE Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit structureel zijn ingericht en aantoonbaar worden nageleefd binnen de organisatie. Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving en normenkaders naar concrete maatregelen en borgt deze aantoonbaar in processen, gedrag en resultaten. Je levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan complexe vraagstukken en draagt bij aan het beheersen van risico's en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen. Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen werkvloer, klanten en toezichthouders en neemt regie in situaties waar veiligheid, compliance en aansprakelijkheid samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen van KAM-jaarplannen, plannen van aanpak, managementrapportages en bewaken van voortgang en realisatie - Coördineren en verder professionaliseren van de BHV-organisatie - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van incidentonderzoeken (incl. RCA) - Uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties en safety-rondes, analyseren van bevindingen en adviseren op maat richting operatie en management - Ontwikkelen en verzorgen van toolboxmeetings, trainingen en e-learnings, gericht op gedragsverandering en bewustwording - Signaleren, initiëren en doorvoeren van structurele verbeteringen in processen, werkwijzen en veiligheids- en kwaliteitscultuur Wat neem je mee? Je bent een ervaren QHSE Coördinator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt in een dynamische organisatie. Met ongeveer 1000 medewerkers en 550 voertuigen biedt Euser een uitdagende werkomgeving met veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling. Je werkt nauw samen met het QSHE-team op inhoudelijke en organisatie brede thema's en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling en borging hiervan.
