Maar hoe zorg je ervoor dat risico's tijdig worden herkend, incidenten worden voorkomen en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd? Daar speel jij als QHSE Coordinator een belangrijke rol in. Met jouw kennis, initiatief en oog voor verbetering draag je bij aan een werkomgeving waarin collega's veilig kunnen werken en processen continu verbeteren. Bij Euro-Mit Staal B.V. krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en samen met collega's te werken aan een veilige, gezonde en milieubewuste organisatie. Jouw Werkdag Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag verdiep je je in een risico-inventarisatie, analyseer je een incident of onderzoek je een klantclaim. De andere dag overleg je met collega's over veiligheidsmaatregelen, verzorg je een training of werk je aan de verbetering van ons QHSE-managementsysteem. Je schakelt met verschillende afdelingen, houdt ontwikkelingen en prestaties op het gebied van QHSE in de gaten en bespreekt risico's en verbetermogelijkheden met de QHSE Manager. Je werkt zelfstandig, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat afgesproken acties worden opgevolgd. Zo maak je iedere dag concreet verschil voor de veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieuprestaties van EMS. Wat ga je doen? Als QHSE Coordinator coördineer je activiteiten en vraagstukken op het gebied van Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE).
