Office based. No remote/hybrid working. Join Terberg DTS as a QHSE Coordinator Promote Safety. Drive Compliance. Support Sustainability. To provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the company's established Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. The role will maintain records, organise E activities, monitor actions and support compliance, with particular support for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Working under the direction of the Quality and Health & Safety Managers, the postholder will help keep the systems organised, current and effective. What You'll Be Doing - Coordinate and maintain QHSE documents, records, registers, databases and compliance evidence. - Provide administrative support for the established ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including document control and audit preparation. - Coordinate internal audit and inspection schedules, assist with audits and inspections, and maintain the resulting records. - Monitor actions from audits, incidents, complaints, non-conformances, management reviews and improvement activities, following up updates and escalating overdue actions. - Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions and effectiveness checks under the direction of the relevant manager. - Maintain risk assessments, COSHH assessments, training records and other QHSE control records. - Coordinate routine activities such as inductions, awareness sessions, fire drills, equipment checks and applicable environmental monitoring. - Collect and organise quality, safety and environmental data for KPI reports, meetings and management updates. - Provide QHSE information and practical administrative support to employees, field engineers, customers, suppl...
