In Diemen werkt men nauw samen met werkplaatsen, maintenance engineers en vlootmanagement om storingen snel te verhelpen en processen continu te verbeteren. De rol van kwaliteitszorg en inspecties is integraal onderdeel van de operatie en wordt toegepast bij dagelijkse onderhoudsactiviteiten en bij het doorontwikkelen van werkprocedures. Deze organisatie zoekt professionals die praktisch onderlegd zijn en tegelijkertijd procesmatig kunnen werken om zo bij te dragen aan een veilige en punctuele dienstregeling voor reizigers in Diemen.
