Om de QHSE-systemen te implementeren en onderhouden zijn wij op zoek naar een analytische QHSE engineer voor onze opdrachtgever in Breda. Als QHSE engineer zorg jij er voor dat de QHSE systemen voldoen aan de geldende normen en wetgeving. Je stelt de procesbeschrijvingen op, legt ze vast in het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en houdt ze up-to-date door ze periodiek te herzien en bij te werken zodat ze voldoen aan de gestelde eisen van de klanten en certificeringsinstanties. Jij zorgt er voor dat de werkprocessen worden geïmplementeerd in de organisatie, creëert draagvlak en stimuleert jouw collega's door de werkzaamheden te vereenvoudigen, standaardiseren en de succesverhalen te delen. Tevens geef je passende trainingen over QHSE aangelegenheden. Je zorgt er voor dat er dossiers worden opgesteld en bijgehouden om te bewijzen dat het Kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem wordt gevolgd en juist wordt uitgevoerd. Door het uitvoeren van interne audits monitor je de werkwijzen en signaleer je eventuele afwijkingen in de processen, procedures en systemen. Je rapporteert jouw bevindingen en stimuleer verbetering, indien nodig initieer je corrigerende maatregelen en/of voer je actieplannen in ter verbetering. Tevens ondersteun je de afdelingen ...
