TUC RAIL is een Belgisch engineeringbureau gespecialiseerd in spoorwegtechnologie en -infrastructuur. Wij zijn experts op het gebied van duurzame mobiliteit en hebben een multidisciplinaire en end-to-end aanpak. Wij werken al meer dan 30 jaar aan spoorwegengineeringprojecten in België en in het buitenland. Vandaag zijn wij een belangrijke referentie in deze sector. Als voorloper op het gebied van spoorwegengineering sinds 30 jaar werkt TUC RAIL aan een meer duurzame mobiliteit in België en in het buitenland.

Jobomschrijving

Onze Support Unit Quality, Health & Safety (QHS) omvat de volgende competentiedomeinen:

  • Beheer van het geïntegreerde managementsysteem (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
  • Safety & Prevention
  • RAMS en Certificering.

Voor deze Support Unit zijn we op zoek naar een QHSE Engineer (M, V, X) voor onze cel IMS (Integrated Management System).

Onder leiding van de Manager QHS ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en verbeteren van onze managementprocessen, conform de vereisten van de ISO-normen 9001, 14001 en 45001.

Je zorgt ervoor dat alle medewerkers volgens de vastgelegde normen werken en dat onze resultaten steeds aan de verwachtingen van de klant voldoen.

Samen met je collega’s van de cel IMS ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende activiteiten:

Beleid en beheer van documentsysteem Je coördineert en bewaakt het beleid van het documentsysteem binnen de organisatie. Daarbij vereenvoudig en optimaliseer je documentbeheersysteem om het efficiënter, toegankelijker en conform de normen (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) te maken en te behouden.

Verbetering van processen Je analyseert de afwijkingen (niet-conformiteiten, klachten, …) en stelt corrigerende acties voor:

  • Oorzakenonderzoek na vaststellingen
  • Efficiëntere werkwijzen ontwikkelen
  • Preventieve maatregelen nemen om fouten te vermijden.

Audits en rapportage

  • Je voert interne audits uit als interne auditor en biedt ondersteuning voor, tijdens en na externe audits
  • Je rapporteert de resultaten aan het management
  • Je volgt de corrigerende acties op.

Opvolging van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en KPI’s Je analyseert de prestaties aan de hand van vastgestelde KPI’s, je identificeert de verbeteringsgebieden en biedt ondersteuning bij de implementatie van de corrigerende acties.

Enquêtes en verzamelen van feedback Je voert tevredenheidsenquêtes uit bij onze stakeholders om verbetermogelijkheden te identificeren.

Adviseren en ondersteunen van teams Je treedt op als partner van de andere teams, je geeft advies en ondersteunt hen bij de implementatie van goede praktijken.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt al minstens 8 jaar ervaring in kwaliteitsmanagement en je bent actief betrokken bij continue verbetering
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van ISO 9001, 45001 en 14001 managementsystemen en een goed begrip van de vereisten van de verschillende normen
  • Je hebt een heel goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede actieve kennis van het Frans
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel en Outlook). Kennis van Sharepoint en Power Bi is een troef
  • Je bent communicatief, in staat om te beïnvloeden en te overtuigen
  • Je neemt initiatief en bent autonoom
  • Je bent nauwgezet en methodisch
  • Je kunt werken in een multidisciplinair team met verschillende studieniveaus.
