In de ruime regio Kortrijk kom je terecht bij een familiale industriële speler die technische oplossingen levert voor verschillende sectoren, waaronder voeding, logistiek en industrie. De organisatie combineert de stabiliteit van een gevestigde groep met de korte lijnen en praktische aanpak van een KMO.

Als Quality & Improvement Engineer werk je op een site die verder wordt uitgebouwd. Daardoor krijg je veel ruimte om kwaliteitsprocessen en verbetertrajecten mee vorm te geven, in nauwe samenwerking met collega’s binnen en buiten de site.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als kwaliteitsingenieur analyseer je feedback van klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen en vertaal je die naar duurzame verbeteracties
  • Vanuit jouw kwaliteitsinzicht optimaliseer je processen, procedures en werkinstructies binnen productie
  • Samen met het Quality team bereid je audits voor en volg je acties op rond ISO- en BRC-standaarden
  • Je stuurt twee QHSE Officers aan, bewaakt prioriteiten en zorgt voor een duidelijke opvolging van de dagelijkse kwaliteitswerking
  • Daarnaast stem je nauw af met productie, logistiek en management en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de COO
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in elektromechanica op zak
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen quality, improvement of engineering in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en voldoende Frans om je professioneel uit te drukken, gecombineerd met een hands-on ingesteldheid binnen productie
