Als KAM- / QHSE-manager til je kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu bij HSB naar een hoger niveau. Je signaleert niet alleen, je komt met oplossingen en neemt de organisatie daarin mee. Wat je doet Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de vier pijlers kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. Kwaliteit kent twee kanten. Aan de borgingskant zorg je dat onze interne processen kloppen en aansluiten op de ISO-normen (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en ISO 45001). Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting van het kwaliteitssysteem en alle processen binnen HSB. Aan de controlekant houd je overzicht op de kwaliteit van het werk op de bouwplaats en stuur je de kwaliteitcontrolleur aan. Iedereen veilig - ALTIJD. Dat is waar we voor staan. Dit gaat hand in hand met gezondheid en milieu. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorschriften, regels en implementatie van wet- en regelgeving. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij incidenten en leidt de projecten om veilig werken te promoten. Je maakt de organisatie audit-proof, speelt een sleutelrol bij calamiteiten en durft besluiten te nemen als het erop aankomt. En misschien wel het belangrijkste: je blijft niet hangen in signaleren, maar zet mensen bij elkaar om het samen op te lossen, ook als het buiten je eigen directe verantwoording ligt. Je plek in de organisatie Dit is een zichtbare positie met directe impact: je maakt onderdeel uit van het managementteam en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders en met de mensen die kwaliteit en veiligheid op de projecten bewaken. Voor specifieke projecten stuur je een team aan; in de basis is het een zelfstandige regierol waarin jij KAM/ QHSE binnen HSB verder opbouwt en professionaliseert.
