Voor een onderneming in de regio van Kortrijk zoeken we een QHSE Manager. Deze internationale organisatie ontwikkelt technische oplossingen op maat voor uiteenlopende sectoren zoals offshore, voedingsindustrie, staal en publieke infrastructuur.

Binnen de organisatie werken meer dan 300 medewerkers, waarvan een 75-tal op de site in regio Kortrijk. Door de sterke groei en verdere professionalisering kijkt het bedrijf uit naar een QHSE Manager die structuur brengt, processen optimaliseert en mee bouwt aan een veilige en kwalitatieve werkomgeving.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je neemt het volledige QHSE-beleid onder jouw vleugels en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu dagelijks centraal staan binnen de organisatie
  • Audits, risicoanalyses en interne controles volg je nauwgezet op, terwijl je actief verbeteracties uitwerkt en implementeert op de werkvloer
  • Samen met verschillende afdelingen bouw je verder aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur en verhoog je het bewustzijn rond kwaliteits- en milieuprocedures
  • Het analyseren van incidenten, klachten en afwijkingen vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol, waarbij je concrete acties opzet om processen verder te optimaliseren
  • Dankzij jouw aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en jouw vlotte communicatie slaag je erin medewerkers te begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen binnen alle QHSE-gerelateerde topics
  • Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technisch- of kwaliteitsgerelateerde richting
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteit, preventie en milieumanagement laat jou toe om snel ownership op te nemen binnen de organisatie
  • Grondige kennis van ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en bij voorkeur ook ISO 45001 of VCA is noodzakelijk om processen en audits correct op te volgen
