Dan is deze functie als QHSE Manager iets voor jou! Waarom kies je voor deze uitdaging? Als QHSE Manager in Monster ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de producten én voor een veilige, gezonde en milieuvriendelijke werkomgeving. Je geeft leiding aan de teamleider Kwaliteitscontrole en de medewerkers kwaliteitscontrole, en rapporteert direct aan de Plant Manager. Je zet het QC-systeem op, ontwikkelt het QHSE-beleid en zorgt dat het in de praktijk ook echt gaat leven. Je werkt binnen een internationale organisatie die wereldwijd levert, en bent voorzitter van het HSE-comité. Wat ga je doen? - Je zet het QC-systeem op en beheert dit, inclusief de beschrijving van productspecificaties; - Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en beheert het QHSE-beleid en de bijbehorende procedures; - Je zorgt voor naleving van alle relevante lokale, nationale en internationale wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van kwaliteit, gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu; - Je handelt klachten en claims van klanten en leveranciers af; - Je identificeert en evalueert risico's op de werkvloer en implementeert preventieve maatregelen; - Je voert interne audits uit en houdt toezicht op externe audits om verbeterpunten te identificeren; - Je onderzoekt ongevallen, incidenten en bijna-ongevallen en rapporteert bevindingen en aanbevelingen; - Je organiseert gedragstrainingen en educatieve programma's om bewustzijn van het QHSE-beleid te vergroten; - Je beheert de milieu-impact van de bedrijfsactiviteiten, waaronder afvalbeheer en energieverbruik; - Je beheert de externe labs voor kwaliteitscontrole en onderhoudt de documentatie en rapportages; - Je geeft leiding aan je team: sollicitatiegesprekken, voortgangsgesprekken, personeelsbezetting...
