De functie inhoud Als QHSE Responsible in Staden omvatten jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Kwaliteit: Jij zorgt ervoor dat ons kwaliteitsbeleid up-to-date blijft en voldoet aan de hoogste standaarden. Je voert audits uit en implementeert verbeteringen waar nodig.
  • Gezondheid: Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een gezond en veilig werkklimaat. Dit houdt in dat je risico’s analyseert en garandeert dat we voldoen aan de relevante regelgeving.
  • Veiligheid: Als aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid coördineer je veiligheidsplannen en waarborg je het onderhoud van onze gebouwen en installaties.
  • Milieu: Je leidt initiatieven om onze milieudoelstellingen te realiseren, van naleving van milieuwetgeving tot het verbeteren van onze duurzaamheid en energie-efficiëntie.

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen HSE of projectmanagement.
  • Diploma preventieadviseur niveau 2 is een vereiste.
  • Grondige kennis van ISO 14001, ISO 45001 en andere relevante normen.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands, met goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in Excel en rapportagetools.
