Als Facility, QHSE & Sustainability Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, organiseren en bewaken van alle activiteiten op het gebied van QHSE, veiligheid, gezondheid, beveiliging, facility management en sustainability binnen KLG Europe Rotterdam. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je bewaakt en optimaliseert processen op het gebied van QHSE, veiligheid en compliance; - Je coördineert de BHV-organisatie, inclusief opleidingen, certificeringen, oefeningen en preventieve maatregelen; - Je voert de RI&E uit, monitort de voortgang en zorgt voor de implementatie van veiligheids- en verbetermaatregelen; - Je beheert en coördineert AEO- en overige security-gerelateerde vraagstukken; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het facility management van kantoor, loods en buitenterrein; - Je organiseert en bewaakt onderhoudswerkzaamheden, inspecties, keuringen en de samenwerking met externe leveranciers; - Je beheert facilitaire contracten, voorraden en bedrijfsmiddelen; - Je coördineert het beheer en onderhoud van intern transportmaterieel, zoals heftrucks, pompwagens en andere logistieke hulpmiddelen; - Je onderhoudt contacten met leverancie...
