De organisatie is actief in burgerlijke bouwwerken en dakwerken en werkt samen met openbare besturen. Als klasse 6-bouwbedrijf beschikt ze over expertise in bouwprocessen van A tot Z. Kwaliteit, veiligheid, duurzaamheid, digitalisatie en innovatie vormen belangrijke pijlers binnen de organisatie. Je werkt in een omgeving met korte communicatielijnen, waar initiatief en loyaliteit worden gewaardeerd.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige QHSE-beleid en de processen.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van ISO 9001, VCA, wetgeving en interne richtlijnen.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses, interne audits en inspecties uit.
  • Je analyseert incidenten en werkt corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen uit.
  • Je beheert de QHSE-documentatie en zorgt voor een correcte en volledige administratie.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving op en vertaalt deze naar de organisatie.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor QHSE en ondersteunt medewerkers rond veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen en communicatie rond QHSE.
  • Je volgt milieu- en duurzaamheidsinitiatieven op.
  • Je voert ongeveer 10% van de functie werfcontroles uit.
  • Je rapporteert QHSE-resultaten en verbeterpunten aan het management.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen QHSE, kwaliteit of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van ISO 9001 en VCA en kunt deze kennis praktisch toepassen.
  • Je bent administratief zeer sterk en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent gewend om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over processen en dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig structuur brengen in QHSE-processen en documentatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en SharePoint.
  • Je kunt vlot communiceren met medewerkers, management en andere afdelingen.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector is mooi meegenomen
  • Ervaring met audits, risicoanalyses, incidentenbeheer of duurzaamheidsrapportage.
