Functieomschrijving

Als QP Delegate ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Qualified Person-gerelateerde vraagstukken binnen een toegewezen productiegebied. Je ondersteunt de vrijgave van commerciële en klinische batches en waarborgt dat alle activiteiten voldoen aan de geldende GMP- en wettelijke vereisten.

Je werkt nauw samen met QA, productie, regulatory affairs en de Qualified Person (QP) en speelt een sleutelrol in het beoordelen, goedkeuren en escaleren van kwaliteitsgerelateerde dossiers en beslissingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Fungeren als eerste QP-contactpersoon voor een toegewezen productiegebied.
  • Verstrekken van QP-gerelateerde feedback aan QA Engineers tijdens de Early QP Involvement Meetings.
  • Identificeren van afwijkingen en wijzigingen die moeten worden geëscaleerd naar het QP Governance Meeting.
  • Uitvoeren van de gedetailleerde review en goedkeuring van batch release dossiers.
  • Review en goedkeuring van Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
  • Vrijgave van commerciële en klinische batches in het ERP-systeem voor verzending naar Drug Product-sites.
  • Review en/of goedkeuring van deviations waarvoor (gedelegeerde) QP-betrokkenheid vereist is.
  • Review en/of goedkeuring van nieuwe of substantieel gewijzigde regulatory submissions.
  • Review en goedkeuring van Product Specification Sheets.
  • Goedkeuren van exportcertificaten voor productsamples bestemd voor verzending naar de Verenigde Staten.
  • Goedkeuren van productverzendingen naar Sanofi- of partnerlocaties buiten bestaande contractuele afspraken.
  • Review en goedkeuring van uitzonderlijk gebruik of vernietiging van referentiemonsters, evenals aanvragen voor het verstrekken van referentiemonsters aan regelgevende autoriteiten.

Profiel

Opleiding

  • Master in de Industriële Farmacie.
  • Beschikt over een geldig QP-nummer en is opgenomen op de Lijst der bevoegde personen conform artikel 84 en artikel 211 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 14 december 2006 betreffende geneesmiddelen voor menselijk en diergeneeskundig gebruik.

Ervaring

  • Minimaal 8 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de farmaceutische industrie.
  • Ervaring als Qualified Person (QP) of in een vergelijkbare QP-rol is sterk aanbevolen.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van GMP en relevante farmaceutische regelgeving.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met biotechnologische productieprocessen.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
