Deze familiale KMO met hoofdzetel nabij Waregem is al meer dan 50 jaar actief in de productie van technische interieuronderdelen. Met een team van ongeveer 110 medewerkers realiseren ze een internationale afzet en een dagelijkse productie van meer dan 600 stuks. De onderneming staat bekend om zijn kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak, met interne opleidingen, doorgedreven procescontrole en sterke focus op duurzaamheid en veiligheid.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking én opvolging van het volledige kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieubeleid
  • Je stelt duidelijke veiligheidsinstructies op, begeleidt de uitvoering en volgt deze nauwgezet op
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit en koppelt hier preventieve maatregelen aan die je ook opvolgt in de praktijk
  • Je houdt de regelgeving en normen up-to-date en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties binnen de organisatie
  • Je neemt actief deel aan verbeterprojecten om processen veiliger, efficiënter en kwalitatiever te maken
  • Je coördineert en beheert middelen voor preventie en interventie, van signalisatie tot PBM’s
  • Regelmatig overleg je met collega’s op de werkvloer en motiveert hen om het beleid correct toe te passen
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in een technische richting
  • In het bezit van een attest preventieadviseur niveau II of hoger op zak
  • Kennis van milieuwetgeving, ISO 9001 en VCA is noodzakelijk in deze functie
