Functieomschrijving

Als Qualification Engineer in de farmaceutische sector werk je in een technische omgeving waar kwalificatie, compliance en afstemming tussen teams centraal staan. Je ondersteunt de introductie van nieuw equipment en draagt bij aan kleinschalige technische verbeterprojecten binnen een GMP-omgeving.

In deze functie combineer je technische kennis met vlotte communicatie. Je stemt af met onder meer QA, Operations en Maintenance en zorgt ervoor dat kwalificatie- en complianceactiviteiten correct worden opgevolgd. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op qualification, data integrity en de opvolging van verbeteracties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je coördineert kwalificatieactiviteiten voor kleiner GMP-equipment.
  • Je volgt housekeeping- en complianceacties binnen de afdeling op.
  • Je ondersteunt data integrity-projecten en volgt gap assessments mee op.
  • Je beoordeelt risicoanalyses en documentatie binnen kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Je begeleidt de introductie van nieuw equipment, zoals sealers, tablet counters en andere technische installaties.
  • Je stemt af met QA, Operations en Maintenance om projecten efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Je neemt de coördinatie op binnen kleinere engineering- en verbeterprojecten.

Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders, bewaart het overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk en weet prioriteiten goed af te stemmen. Samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie zijn belangrijk in deze rol.

Hard skills

  • Je hebt ervaring met qualification binnen een GMP-omgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van compliance- en kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of interesse in data integrity-trajecten.
  • Je hebt inzicht in risicoanalyses en kwalificatiedocumentatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een coördinerende technische of engineeringcontext.
  • Je kan vlot samenwerken met QA in een gereguleerde omgeving.
