En vandaag? Vandaag kijken we samen met één van onze klanten uit naar een Qualification engineer voor een project binnen de farmaceutische sector.

In deze functie werk je op het snijvlak van materialenbeheer, supply chain, kwaliteit, compliance en operational excellence.

De opdracht combineert organisatorische, technische en analytische uitdagingen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers en krijgt de ruimte om processen kritisch te bekijken en verbeteringen voor te stellen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Materialen en dienstenbeheer: Je ondersteunt de onboarding van nieuwe materialen en diensten en staat mee in voor het verdere beheer ervan. Daarnaast controleer je wijzigingen die door leveranciers worden doorgevoerd op het vlak van compliance.
  • Compliance & kwaliteit: Je analyseert lokale procedures en toetst deze aan interne en externe standaarden. Je identificeert eventuele tekortkomingen en werkt oplossingen uit om efficiënt aan de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen te voldoen. Acties worden opgevolgd via change control.
  • Business continuity: Je draagt bij aan de continuïteit van de productie door ervoor te zorgen dat bij mogelijke bevoorradingsproblemen tijdig geschikte alternatieven beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast ondersteun je het team bij nieuwe werkwijzen, onder andere door bestaande documentatie over te zetten naar nieuwe templates.
  • Kostenbeheer: Je identificeert belangrijke directe en indirecte kostenposten en formuleert voorstellen om kosten te optimaliseren zonder daarbij de kwaliteit of leveringszekerheid in het gedrang te brengen.
  • Operational Excellence: Je helpt processen, data en systemen verder op te zetten en te optimaliseren, met een belangrijke rol voor Excel en Power BI. Je draagt actief bij aan de Continuous Improvement-doelstellingen van het team.
  • Projectondersteuning: Je ondersteunt diverse projecten binnen de organisatie, waaronder Transfer Out-projecten
  • Je bent proactief en zelfstandig en werkt graag projectmatig. Je maakt je nieuwe en complexe materie snel eigen en behoudt het overzicht dankzij een gestructureerde en systematische aanpak.
  • Je neemt initiatief en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je communiceert helder en spontaan met zowel interne afdelingen als externe partijen, waaronder leveranciers.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische werkomgeving en kunt flexibel inspelen op ad-hocvragen en veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je hebt een relevante achtergrond en affiniteit met de technische aspecten van processen en materialen binnen een farmaceutische productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van GMP en een sterke affiniteit met kwaliteitssystemen binnen een gereguleerde omgeving.
  • Je kunt inschatten welke aspecten van materialen en diensten kritisch zijn en weet op basis van beschikbare, soms beperkte, data tot een duidelijke en onderbouwde analyse te komen. Je kunt deze inzichten helder overbrengen naar verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om aan multidisciplinaire projecten te werken en hebt interesse in samenwerkingen met afdelingen zoals R&D, MSAT, QC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain en Operational Excellence.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van Excel en kunt hier vlot en zelfstandig mee werken. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met Power BI.
