Für die qualitätsgesicherte Umsetzung unserer internationalen Datacenter-Projekte suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die mechanischen Gewerke. Als Quality & Commissioning Lead verantworten Sie die durchgängige Steuerung aller Qualitäts- und Inbetriebnahmeprozesse - von der Planungs- und Beschaffungsphase bis zur technischen Übergabe an den Kunden. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf mechanischen Anlagen wie Kälte- und Kühlwassersystemen, Lüftungsanlagen, Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Rohrleitungssystemen sowie deren Schnittstellen zu Elektro-, MSR-/BMS- und übergeordneten Gebäudesystemen. 1 Qualitäts-Manager/in Vollzeit Traiskirchen

Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für Quality Management und Commissioning der mechanischen Arbeitspakete

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung der projektbezogenen Qualitäts- und Inbetriebnahmestrategie

* Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Qualitätsprozesse einschließlich ITP-, NCR-, RFI- und Punch-List-Management

* Steuerung von Mechanical Completion, FAT/SAT, System Walkdowns, Commissioning- und Abnahmeprozessen bis zur erfolgreichen Systemübergabe

* Prüfung relevanter technischer Unterlagen sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen von der Planungsphase bis zur Übergabe

* Steuerung und Überwachung der Qualitäts- und Commissioning-Leistungen von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten

* Koordination von Projektteams, Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten und Kunden über alle relevanten Schnittstellen hinweg

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer Spezifikationen, Qualitätsstandards und Kundenanforderungen einschließlich der vollständigen Projektdokumentation

* Fachliche Führung der Quality- und Commissioning-Teams sowie Reporting an Projektleitung und Management

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Meisterprüfung, HTL-, FH- oder Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Maschinenbau, Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbar

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung komplexer TGA-, Industrie- oder Datacenter-Projekte

* Erfahrung mit strukturierten Commissioning-Prozessen und gestaffelten Abnahmeverfahren

* Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitätsplänen, ITPs, Method Statements, Prüfprotokollen, NCRs und Punch Lists

* Verständnis für technische Schnittstellen zwischen Mechanik, Elektro, MSR/BMS und Gebäudeautomation

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Entscheidungskompetenz

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu internationalen Projekteinsätzen und regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 3.893,09 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von monatlich brutto € 5.000 und € 5.800, ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
