Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Qualitätsbeauftragte/r (w/m/d) Innendienst - Zeitungszustellung Nordtirol 1 Qualitätsbeauftragte/r (w/m/d) Innendienst / Zeitungszustellung Nordtirol Beschäftigungsausmaß / Arbeitsort:

Teilzeit (20-30 Std.) Vollzeit möglich Arbeitsort: Innsbruck / Nordtirol

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erste Ansprechperson für anspruchsvolle Kundenreklamationen rund um die Zeitungszustellung

* Telefonische Klärung von Beschwerden und Abstimmung mit GebietsleiterInnen und ZustellerInnen zur Lösungsfindung

* Schnittstelle zwischen Kundencentern der Verlage und Hauszustellung

* Analyse von Reklamationen und Identifikation von Auffälligkeiten in einzelnen Zustellgebieten

* Erstellung von Qualitätsauswertungen und Reklamationsstatistiken & -berichten

* Abstimmung mit Regional- und Gebietsleitung zur Verbesserung der Zustellqualität

* Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in der Hauszustellung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder im Reklamationsmanagement von Vorteil

* Analytische Arbeitsweise und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im telefonischen Kontakt mit Kunden und KollegInnen

* Fingerspitzengefühl auch in herausfordernden Gesprächssituationen

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Serviceorientierung
