* Kontrolle der Warenein- und -ausgänge von Obst und Gemüse nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Kundenstandards

* Erstellung von professionellen Qualitätsgutachten bei Abweichungen

* Laufende Qualitätskontrolle unserer Lagerbestände

* Sicherstellung der Qualitätskontrollen im Wareneingang und Frischelager

* Abstimmung mit Lieferanten bei Qualitätsfragen und Beurteilung der Lieferantenleistung

* Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten für fertig verpackte Ware

* Analyse von Qualitäts- und Reklamationsdaten sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Beurteilung der Wiederverkaufsfähigkeit von retournierter oder abgelehnter Ware

* Einschulung unserer Packhausmitarbeiter in der richtigen Qualitätssortierung

* Förderung von Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein im Arbeitsalltag

* Erstellung und Dokumentation von Rückstellmustern

* Kontrolle der Lagerbedingungen bis zur Auslieferung (FIFO, Temperaturzonen und korrekte Kommissionierung)

Arbeitsbeginn: 08:00, 09:00 oder 10:00 Uhr

Arbeitsende zwischen 16:15 und 18:30 Uhr - je nach Dienstbeginn

5-Tage-Woche im Durchschnitt: Woche 1: 4 Arbeitstage // Woche 2: 6 Arbeitstage

Freitags hast du grundsätzlich frei

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP

* Staplerschein von Vorteil

* Erste Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle oder im Lebensmittelbereich ist ein Plus

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

* Kein Problem damit, bei 4 bis 10 °C einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren

* Selbstständige, genaue und zügige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude

* Kommunikationsstärke und bereichsübergreifendes Denken

* Teamgeist und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Kolleg

* Flexibilität und Freude daran, gemeinsam hohe Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen
