Deine Aufgaben

> Effiziente und maßgeschneiderte Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards im Geschäftsfeld

> Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres QM-Systems ISO 9001

> Analyse, Optimierung und Dokumentation von internen Abläufen (Prozessmanagement)

> Überwachung der Einhaltung von Standards (Wirksamkeitsprüfungen, interne Audits)

> Eigenverantwortliche methodische Moderation und Koordination von interdisziplinären Problemlösungsteam bei komplexen Aufgabenstellungen.

> Durchführung und Aufbereitung von Ursachenanalysen, Datenanalysen und Reportings im Rahmen von Problemlösungsprozessen

> Analyse von Reklamationsdaten sowie Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten und Qualitätskennzahlen

Dein Profil

> Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (HTL, FH, ...) mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement / Qualitätssicherung

> Erfahrung in der Projektleitung bzw. führen von Teams

> Kenntnisse über Managementsysteme (ISO 9001 als Voraussetzung, andere von Vorteil)

> Kenntnisse über Quality Tools und Methoden wie z.B. Ursachenanalysen (Ishikawa), Statistik, 8D, FMEA, ...

> Hohe IT-Affinität, Kenntnisse von Enterprise-Tools wie ERP (APplus), ECM (Pro.File), Jira sowie Excel Power Query von Vorteil

> Interesse an technisch-organisatorischen Aufgabenstellungen

> Dienstleistungsorientierung, Engagement, Kreativität und Gestaltungswille

> Hoher Grad an Selbstmotivation und -organisation, Freude am Gestalten und Verändern

> Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise, umfassende Analyse- und Problemlösefähigkeiten

> Hohe Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsstärke an Schnittstellen

> Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (max. 10%)

> Gutes Englisch
