Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Qualitätsmanager_in (m/w/x) mit Fokus Projekt- und Prozessmanagement #yourmission

* Du bist Hauptansprechpartner für Qualitätsmanagementthemen und Qualitätsverbesserungsmaßnahmen im Bereich Project Implementation am Standort Leoben

* Du gestaltest aktiv das QM in diesem Bereich mit mehreren Abteilungen und entwickelst dieses laufend weiter

* Du erfasst Prozesse, pflegst diese im Managementsystem ein und aktualisierst und optimierst diese bei Bedarf

* Du bist die Ansprechperson für interne und externe Systemaudits

* Die Leitung bzw. die Mitarbeit von abteilungs- und bereichsübergreifenden QM-Projekten liegt in deinen Händen

* Darüber hinaus zählen Projekte zu Prozessabläufen und Schnittstellenbeschreibungen zu deinem Aufgabengebiet

* Zusätzlich führst du unterstützende Tätigkeiten bei der Umsetzung strategischer Projekte aus

* Du verstehst es, als Vorbild zu fungieren, KollegInnen durch eine positive Grundhaltung zu motivieren und proaktiv an Situationen heranzugehen

* Außerdem zeichnest du dich dadurch aus, dass du Dinge kritisch hinterfragst und auch gerne neue Wege einschlägst

* Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und bist mit der ISO 9001 Norm gut vertraut

* Du hast eine hohe System- und IT-Affinität

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind auf B2 Niveau schriftlich und mündlich vorhanden

* Analytisches Denkvermögen, eine sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie die Liebe zum Detail zählen zu deinen Stärken

Dieser Job bietet die Möglichkeit, sich proaktiv in einem hoch motivierten Team einbringen und gestalten zu können und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Bei uns hängt Dein Gehalt von Deiner beruflichen Vorerfahrung, Deinem Können und Deinem Engagement ab. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt bei brutto EUR 3.400,- pro Monat (38,5 Wochenstunden / KV für Metallgewerbe).
