1 Qualitätsprüfer (Elektronik) (m/w/d) Du bist ein lösungsorientierter Macher mit elektrotechnischem Fundament, kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe und willst die Zuverlässigkeit unserer Ladelösungen aktiv mitgestalten? Dann haben wir genau das Richtige für dich! Als Qualitätsprüfer im Elektronikbereich (m/w/d) in Feldkirchen bist du das qualitative Rückgrat unserer Fertigung. Du prüfst Komponenten sowie fertige Ladegeräte auf Herz und Nieren und agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Produktion, Entwicklung und Einkauf. Bei akuten Problemen in der Fertigung analysierst du Fehler blitzschnell und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen. Mit deinem Blick fürs Detail, starkem Durchsetzungsvermögen und Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Menschen optimierst du unsere Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass nur fehlerfreie Produkte unser Werk verlassen.

Dein Aufgabengebiet * Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen an Bauteilen, Baugruppen und fertigen Ladegeräten * Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen * Durchführung von Wareneingangs-, Zwischen- und Endkontrollen * Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen und Ursachenfindung * Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Abweichungen * Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Qualitätsprozessen * Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitsanweisungen * Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung und Einkauf * Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits * Pflege von Prüfmitteln und Prüfprotokollen * Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP)

Es wäre ideal, wenn du folgende Kompetenzen mitbringst

Hardskills: * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar) * Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung oder Produktion von Vorteil (aber nicht zwingend notwendig) * Grundkenntnisse in elektrischer Messtechnik * Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen und Dokumentationen * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Softskills * Genauigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein * Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke * Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz * Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

Noch besser wäre * Erfahrung mit elektronischen Baugruppen oder Leistungselektronik * Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitätsnormen von Vorteil (z. B. ISO 9001) * Kenntnisse im Bereich E-Mobilität oder Ladetechnik * Erfahrung mit Prüf- und Messgeräten * Grundkenntnisse zu Sicherheits- und Normanforderungen im Bereich Ladeinfrastruktur
