Arbeitsort: Steyr

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (Gleitzeit)

Bruttomonatsgehalt: ab 3.400 € laut Metallindustrie-KV

Ihre Aufgaben

-Konventionelle Prüfung von Bauteilen mittels Handmessmitteln, Härteprüfungen und Oberflächenprüfungen

-Identifizierung von Qualitätsproblemen sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungen gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Abteilungen

-Technische Dokumentation (Messblätter, Prüfprotokolle etc.) und Begleitung von Fertigung und Montage

-Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen im ERP-System

-Konstruktives Änderungsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion und Fertigung

-Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen und Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen

-Überwachung und Verwaltung der Prüfmittel

-Prüfung von Bauteilen an Messmaschinen (manuell sowie CNC-Ablauf)

-Erstellung von Messprogrammen bei Bedarf

-Vermessung von Teilen mittels Lasertracker (Messsoftware Metrolog X4)

-Möglichkeit zu späteren Auswärtsabnahmen mit Reisebereitschaft (ca. 2 bis 3 Einsätze pro Jahr, jeweils 2 bis 4 Tage)

Ihr Profil

-Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metall (Schule oder Berufsausbildung)

-Berufserfahrung im Metallbereich, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement

-Sicherer Umgang mit Prüf- und Messmitteln (z. B. Zeiss Calypso, Lasertracker Metrolog X4)

-Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lesen und Verstehen von CAD-Zeichnungen (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD)

-Ausgeprägtes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen

-Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität

-Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

-Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel und Word

-Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

-Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

-Kranführerschein und Staplerschein von Vorteil
