Wir suchen 1 Qualitätsprüfer_in (27502) Arbeitsort: 4400 Steyr, Oberösterreich

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Metallbereich

* Berufserfahrung im Metallbereich, bevorzugt Anstellungen im QM-Bereich

* Sicherer Umgang mit Prüf- und Messmittel (Zeiss Calypso, Lasertracker Metrolog X4)

* Das Lesen und Verstehen von CAD-Zeichnungen (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD) setzen wir voraus, gepaart mit sehr gutem räumlichen Denken und Vorstellungsvermögen

* Teamplayer_in mit Hands-On-Mentalität, versiertes Englisch

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Word und MS-Excel

* Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise

* Kranschein, Staplerschein, Führerschein "B" und eigener PKW zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Konventionelles Prüfen von Bauteilen (Handmessmittel, Härteprüfungen, Oberflächenprüfungen)

* Identifizierung von Qualitätsproblemen und Ausarbeitung von Lösungen mit den jeweiligen Abteilungen

* Technische Dokumentation (Messblätter, Protokolle) und Begleitung der Fertigung und Montage

* Erstellung von Reklamationen bei Abweichungen (im ERP System)

* Konstruktives Änderungsmanagement in Abstimmung mit beteiligten Bereichen, insbesondere Konstruktion und Fertigung

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie daraus resultierende Korrekturmaßnahmen und Verbesserungsvorschläge, Prüfmittelüberwachung

* Prüfen der Teile an der Messmaschine, sowohl manuell als auch CNC Ablauf, bei Bedarf selbstständiges Erstellen der Messprogramme

* Prüfen der Teile mittels Lasertracker (Metrolog X4)

* Reisebereitschaft für Auswärtsabnahmen (ca. 2-3 mal pro Jahr)

Wir bieten

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung 38,5 Stunden/Woche bei Tagesarbeitszeit

* Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt ab € 3.400,00

* Gerne sind wir zur Überzahlung bereit, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
