Frey - Die Delikatessen Manufaktur ist ein österreichischer Familienbetrieb mit Sitz in Wien 21, der sich der Herstellung feinster Obst- und Gemüsespezialitäten verschrieben hat. Wir suchen zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 Qualitätsprüfer/in Vollzeit 40 Stunden / Woche

1-Schicht-Betrieb

Kernarbeitszeit: Montag bis Donnerstag 07:00 bis 16:30 Uhr und Freitag 07:00 bis 12:15 Uhr

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Übernahme der Eingangs- und Zwischenprüfungen von Rohstoffen, Halbfertigprodukten und Handelswaren,

chemische und mikrobiologische Untersuchungen, entnehmen der Proben, ergänzen das umfangreiche Aufgabengebiet

* Kontrollieren der Qualität der Produkte hinsichtlich Fertigung und Produktion, Steuern und kontrollieren der Prozessabläufe

* Planung und Präsentation der Produktentwicklung

* Nährwerteberechnung, Erstellung und Verwaltung von Spezifikationen und Dokumenten

* Reklamationen bearbeiten

* Arbeiten zur Sicherstellung der IFS und HACCP Standards, Food Safety Standards, die Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten,

sowie die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Spezifikationen und Dokumenten (Verantwortlich)

* Erstellung und Verwaltung umfangreicher Dokumentationen von Ablaufstrukturen, Risikoanalysen sowie Arbeits-,

Hygiene- und Prüfanweisungen

* Verantwortliche Begleitung von Zertifizierungen wie z.B. IFS, BIO

* Permanente Realisierung höchster Qualitätsstandards durch optimierte QS-Prozesse

* Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Konformitätsbescheinigungen und Migrationsbewertungen

* Durchführung von fachspezifischen Schulungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene lebensmitteltechnische oder ernährungswissenschaftliche Ausbildung (Lehre, mittlere oder höhere Ausbildung) mit einschlägiger Branchenerfahrung

* Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Hygiene- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Interessen an biologischen und chemischen Vorgängen

* Umweltbewusstsein und Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im Bereich Lebensmittelinhaltsstoffe und Lebensmittelqualität, sowie Lebensmittelkonservierung

* Selbständige, genaue und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise

* Wir suchen eine_n zielstrebige_n, kommunikative_n Mitarbeiter_in mit sehr gutem Prozessverständnis und hohem Engagement
