* Mit Berufserfahrung

Als Mitarbeiter der Qualitätssicherung (m/w/x) bist du verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der qualitätsrelevanten Anforderungen an eigen- und fremdgefertigte Werkstücke der mechanischen Fertigung.

Was dich erwartet:

* Kontrolle von Bauteilen auf Maßhaltigkeit, Oberflächengüte und weitere Spezifikationen gemäß technischen Zeichnungen, QM-Richtlinien und EVG-Werksnormen

* Durchführung von Ebenheitsmessungen, Dichtheitsprüfungen, Härteprüfungen sowie Schichtdickenmessungen inklusive der Dokumentation

* Durchführung von Wareneingangskontrollen

* Erstellung von Prüfprotokollen (Zeiss Calypso, FRT Mark III)

* Abbildung und Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten im SAP-System

* Arbeit mit moderner Messtechnik, wie etwa:

** Taktile Messungen

** Weißlichtinterferometrie

** Digitalmikroskopie

** Digitale Messprojektoren

* Verwaltung der Prüfmittel sowie deren Kalibrierung

* Erarbeitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen

Was du mitbringst:

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (LAP/FS) in einem technischen Beruf

* Erfahrung im Umgang & Programmierung von 3-D Koordinatenmessmaschinen (idealerweise mit Zeiss Contura)

* allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

* selbständiges Arbeiten und Genauigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit und bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
