Heb jij ervaring in de voedingsindustrie en heb je oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid? Werk je nauwkeurig en ben je graag aanwezig op de werkvloer? Dan is deze vacature als Quality Assistant in Maasmechelen iets voor jou!

Voor een toonaangevend voedingsbedrijf gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige gevogeltebereidingen zoeken we een Quality Assistant die het kwaliteitsteam versterkt en mee waakt over de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid van de producten.

Als Quality Assistant ondersteun je het kwaliteitsbeleid en zorg je ervoor dat de geldende kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften correct worden nageleefd. Je werkt nauw samen met de productie en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Quality Manager.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je ondersteunt het kwaliteitsbeleid en het HACCP-systeem op de werkvloer.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en rondgangen uit en ziet toe op de naleving van procedures.
  • Je sensibiliseert medewerkers over hygiëne, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je neemt stalen, volgt analyses op en registreert de resultaten.
  • Je controleert en registreert kritische controlepunten (CCP’s).
  • Je voert metingen, kalibraties en traceringen uit.
  • Je verzamelt en verwerkt kwaliteitsgegevens en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij interne controles en audits, waaronder IFS en ACS.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteracties.

Voor deze functie is ervaring in de voedingsindustrie een absolute must. Je begrijpt hoe belangrijk hygiëne, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid zijn binnen een productieomgeving.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in voedingstechnologie, biowetenschappen of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP en kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidssystemen.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en leert vlot werken met nieuwe systemen.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed.
  • Je hebt interesse in voeding en beschikt over een goed ontwikkeld smaak- en geurvermogen om producten te beoordelen.
