Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Quality Assurance Engineer die ons HSEQ-team komt versterken. Binnen het HSEQ-team werk je in een prettige sfeer waar betrokkenheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Jij speelt een essentiële rol binnen onze organisatie: dankzij jouw inzet kunnen wij én onze klanten rekenen op producten van topkwaliteit. De functie is ter uitbreiding door de groei van taken in het team Kwaliteit. Je komt te werken in een team met 3 collega's waarbij een fijne werksfeer en betrokkenheid hoog in het vaandel staan. Door jouw centrale rol in het proces ben je een onmisbare schakel in ons bedrijfsproces en zorg jij dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op een kwalitatief goed product. Je krijgt hiervoor naast je vaste salaris een mooi pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Wat ga je doen? Als QA-Engineer ben jij dé spil in het bewaken en verbeteren van ons beleid op het gebied van (voedsel)veiligheid en kwaliteit. Jij: - Ontwikkelt, onderhoudt en verbetert ons Corporate Quality Management Systeem. - Begeleidt audits van A tot Z en volgt actiepunten zorgvuldig op. - Adviseert bij nieuwe klantprojecten - onder andere voor topmerken zoals HelloFresh, KraftHeinz en Mars - en beoordeelt risico's op basis van geldende wet- en regelgeving. - Analyseert labresultaten, onderneemt actie waar nodig en werkt nauw samen met afdelingen als Projectmanagement, Planning, ICT en Productie.
