Als Quality Assurance & Improvement Engineer maak je deel uit van ons kwaliteitsteam en vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen kwaliteit en productie. Je bewaakt niet alleen onze kwaliteitsstandaarden, maar gaat ook actief op zoek naar manieren om processen slimmer, efficiënter en duurzamer te maken.

Waarom deze rol ertoe doet:

  • Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van kwaliteit, compliance en continue verbetering binnen onze productieomgeving.
  • Je brengt structuur in processen, volgt afwijkingen en verbeteracties op en zorgt mee voor een sterke kwaliteitscultuur op de werkvloer.
  • Dankzij jouw analytische blik en praktische aanpak vertaal je kwaliteitsdata en verbeterideeën naar concrete acties die écht impact hebben.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Kwaliteit borgen: je houdt het kwaliteitshandboek actueel, voert interne audits uit en ondersteunt bij externe audits. Je waakt mee over de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen, procedures en wettelijke vereisten zoals BRC en HACCP.
  • Afwijkingen en verbeteracties opvolgen: je rapporteert over compliance, afwijkingen en verbeteracties, en initieert en volgt corrigerende en preventieve acties op.
  • Processen verbeteren: je analyseert productie- en bedrijfsprocessen, identificeert verbeterpotentieel en begeleidt verbeterprojecten volgens lean-principes.
  • Data vertalen naar actie: je verwerkt en interpreteert kwaliteitsdata, voert oorzaakanalyses uit met stakeholders en werkt verbetervoorstellen uit voor de werkvloer.
  • Verbeteringen verankeren: je zorgt ervoor dat verbeteracties duurzaam geborgd worden en vertaalt ze waar nodig naar procedures of werkinstructies.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in ingenieurswetenschappen en hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt inzicht in algemene bedrijfs- en productieprocessen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, maar houdt tegelijk van een praktische en haalbare aanpak.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verbetertrajecten.
  • Je communiceert helder en overtuigend, en stelt je flexibel op wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement is een extra troef.
