Als Quality Assurance Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, implementeren en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsbeleid in een internationale productieomgeving. Je werkt samen met diverse afdelingen zoals productie, R&D, aankoop en operations om de kwaliteit van producten en processen te borgen. Jouw focus ligt op het ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitssysteem, het opvolgen van wetgeving en het optimaliseren van procedures en processen.

Op een doorsnee werkdag analyseer je kwaliteitsdata, begeleid je audits en volg je klachten, afwijkingen en CAPA’s nauwgezet op. Je werkt actieplannen uit, ondersteunt collega’s bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit leeft op de werkvloer. Je overlegt met interne en externe partners, beoordeelt leveranciers en brengt verbetertrajecten in kaart. Daarnaast sensibiliseer je medewerkers rond kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid en rapporteer je relevante KPI’s aan het management.

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in Quality Assurance, Quality Control of kwaliteitsmanagement, liefst in een productieomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van kwaliteitsmanagement en voedselveiligheidsprincipes
  • Ervaring met audits, klachten, afwijkingen en verbetertrajecten
  • Analytische en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • In staat om verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders te betrekken bij kwaliteitsverbeteringen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000 of vergelijkbare normen is een troef
