Quality Assurance Manager | Voeding

Voor een sterk uitgebouwde en internationaal actieve organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een Quality Assurance Manager die het kwaliteitsbeleid mee bewaakt en verder professionaliseert.

In deze rol combineer je quality assurance, food safety, audits en people management. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, werkt nauw samen met productie, maintenance en sales en neemt een belangrijke rol op binnen het managementteam.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, implementeren en borgen van de kwaliteitssystemen volgens de geldende normen en richtlijnen.
  • Je geeft leiding aan onder andere het HACCP-team en werkt mee binnen het bredere centrale Quality Assurance-team.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten en volgt het analyseplan nauwgezet op.
  • Je coördineert en begeleidt interne en externe audits en bent het aanspreekpunt voor certificerings- en controle-instanties.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de productievloer en organiseert onder meer trainingen om het kwaliteitsbewustzijn en de food safety culture verder te versterken.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsklachten en afwijkingen op en stemt verbeteracties af met productie, maintenance, sales en andere betrokken afdelingen.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een master als bio-ingenieur, voedingsmiddelentechnoloog of een gelijkaardige achtergrond, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van GMP, HACCP, IFS, BRC en wetgeving rond voedselveiligheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een kwaliteitsfunctie in de voedingsindustrie en voelt je comfortabel in een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent een sterke people coach, werkt gestructureerd en combineert nauwkeurigheid met een hands-on aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels en woont op haalbare afstand van de regio Oudenaarde.
