De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Quality Assurance Medewerker:

  • Actief bijdragen aan een sterke voedselveiligheids- en kwaliteitscultuur binnen productie en distributie.
  • Het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem verder ontwikkelen en onderhouden volgens IFS, ACS, duurzaamheidsstandaarden en eisen vanuit de retail.
  • Resultaten, klachten en incidenten kritisch analyseren en vertalen naar concrete actieplannen.
  • Interne audits en inspecties uitvoeren op de productievloer.
  • Ondersteuning bieden tijdens externe audits rond onder andere IFS, ACS, BIO, RSPO en MSC/ASC.
  • Interne opleidingen verzorgen rond voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • De traceerbaarheid regelmatig testen en eventuele verbeterpunten verder opvolgen.
  • Meewerken aan de voorbereiding, introductie en opvolging van private label producten.
  • Bewaken dat producten en processen blijven voldoen aan specifieke klanteneisen.
  • Product recalls voorbereiden, coördineren en correct uitvoeren.
  • Nieuwe productlabels en eindproductspecificaties mee opmaken.
  • Bestaande labels en productspecificaties nauwgezet controleren en actueel houden.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid structureel te blijven verbeteren.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde Belgische voedingsproducent die al verschillende generaties actief is in de productie van charcuterie, salades en bereide maaltijden. Naast de eigen productie beschikt de organisatie over een belangrijke distributieactiviteit binnen de voedingssector. Kwaliteit en betrouwbare dienstverlening staan centraal, samen met duurzaam ondernemen en aandacht voor gezondheid, dierenwelzijn en milieu. Wie jij bent als Quality Assurance Medewerker:

  • Bij voorkeur een masterdiploma binnen een wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen quality assurance of een andere kwaliteitsgerichte omgeving.
  • Goede kennis van voedselveiligheid en de bijhorende wetgeving.
  • Vertrouwd met GFSI-standaarden en kwaliteitsnormen binnen de voedingssector.
  • Kennis van normen en certificeringen zoals IFS en ACS is een belangrijke troef.
  • Kritische ingesteldheid en voortdurend aandacht hebben voor mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Sterk kwaliteitsbewust met een uitgesproken oog voor detail.
  • Analytisch kunnen omgaan met resultaten, klachten, incidenten en afwijkingen.
  • Zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kunnen nemen over kwaliteitsdossiers.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en bereid om regelmatig aanwezig te zijn op de productievloer.
  • Stressbestendig en gestructureerd kunnen werken wanneer verschillende prioriteiten samenkomen.
  • Communicatief sterk om collega's mee te nemen in kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsprocedures.
  • Kennis van LISA is een pluspunt.
