Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen, controleren en actualiseren van werkinstructies en procedures. - Zorgvuldig vastleggen en beheren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie. - Ondersteunen bij ISO-, GDP- en QESH-gerelateerde processen (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health). - Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en opvolgen van interne en externe audits. - Signaleren en analyseren van afwijkingen, risico's en verbeterkansen. - Meewerken aan risicoanalyses en verbeterplannen. - Monitoren en analyseren van kwaliteitsgegevens en KPI's. - Vertalen van bevindingen naar concrete verbeteracties en adviezen. - Adviseren van management en andere betrokkenen over kwaliteitsvraagstukken. - Geven van trainingen op het gebied van ISO en quality awareness. - Bijdragen aan het continu verbeteren van processen en resultaten. Je krijgt daarmee een brede QA-functie waarin administratie, analyse en communicatie samenkomen. Je bewaakt niet alleen wat is afgesproken, maar kijkt ook kritisch naar hoe processen in de praktijk verlopen en waar verbetering mogelijk is.
