Als Quality Assurance Officer speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Je werkt organisatiebreed samen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen wordt vastgelegd in procedures, maar ook daadwerkelijk wordt toegepast in de praktijk. Functie omschrijving Als Quality Assurance Officer maak je onderdeel uit van het QESH-team en werk je nauw samen met QA Officers, Quality Control Engineers en de HSE Officer. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Production en Parts & Services. Je richt je op het continu verbeteren en waarborgen van kwaliteit binnen de organisatie. Samen met je collega's ontwikkel je het kwaliteitsbeleid verder en vertaal je dit naar duidelijke richtlijnen, procedures en werkinstructies. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Doorontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsbeleid en stimuleren van kwaliteitsbewustzijn - Beheren en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem conform ISO 9001 - Uitvoeren van interne kwaliteitsaudits - Uitvoeren van externe audits bij leveranciers - Opstellen en beheren van procedures, richtlijnen en werkinstructies - Ondersteunen en instrueren van gebruikers van het QMS - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor vragen rondom het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem - Signaleren van wettelijke en andere relevante ontwikkelingen op kwaliteitsgebied - Analyseren van afwijkingen in producten en processen - Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeteracties - Bijdragen aan verbeteringen rondom klanttevredenheid en klachten Functie eisen - HBO werk- en denknive...
