Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Binnen onze afdeling Quality is een vacature ontstaan voor een Quality Assurance Officer. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de QA Manager en draag je bij aan het actueel, praktisch en effectief houden van ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen voldoen aan geldende normen, wet- en regelgeving en ondersteunt de organisatie bij het realiseren van duurzame kwaliteitsverbeteringen. Je vertaalt kwaliteitsvereisten naar werkbare processen, begeleidt collega's bij verbetertrajecten en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner op het gebied van kwaliteit. Wat ga je doen? Proces- en kwaliteitsmanagement: - Bewaken en verbeteren van processen zodat deze voldoen aan geldende kwaliteitsnormen. - Initiëren, adviseren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen. - Signaleren van veranderingen in processen en werkwijzen en hierover kennis delen binnen de organisatie. - Bijdragen aan het opstellen van het QA-jaarplan en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor toegewezen onderdelen. - Plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van meetmiddelenkalibraties. Audits en compliance: - Uitvoeren van interne audits. - Mede begeleiden van externe audits. - Ondersteunen bij leveranciersaudits. - Vastleggen van auditbevindingen en ondersteunen bij corrigerende en preventieve acties. - Monitoren van de opvolging van verbetermaatregelen. Adviseren en samenwerken: - Begeleiden van medewerkers bij het oplossen van klachten, afwijkingen en auditbevindingen. - Uitleg geven over kwaliteitseisen en kwaliteitsprocessen. - Collega's ondersteunen en aanspreken wanneer processen niet ...
